Justin is one of the leaders in developing New Orleans neighborhoods. Asper Construction has been one of the top general contractors in Uptown New Orleans for nearly a decade. The ability to create modern living spaces while enhancing the historical aspects of each property is his specialty. Justin's unique stylistic approach creates unique properties. Propertyfuel is his vision to renew properties while providing investors the opportunity to be part of the rebirth of each project.

Rich Clement

Founder/President/Secretary/Board Member

Rich has brought a unique combination of education and experience to propel Propertyfuel to new heights. A financial professional by trade for 20+ years and over 7 years experience in real estate along with a degree in statistics, Rich's knowledge and experience of all aspects of business and finance provides a steady hand in guiding the growth of Propertyfuel.

Amy Zapata

Board Member

Amy is a leader in public health in Louisiana. She brings unique qualities from outside the real estate arena. Her experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets, a large staff, and multiple simultaneous projects provides unparalleled guidance and oversight on the management of Propertyfuel.

Socrates Zapata

Board Member

Socrates is a well-respected Neurologist with a long-term interest in real estate. He brings a wealth of experience from outside of the business environment. His varied background provides an "outsiders" insight to the direction and operation of Propertyfuel.

2 Years and Counting

Propertyfuel was started to consolidate existing real estate investors and ventures into a single entity. Existing investors wanted a more flexible and understandable process for the returns on investments. Propertyfuel takes locations in need of TLC and converts them to unique and attractive properties for both residential and commercial buyers.
